Promotion Terms
These Promotion Terms apply to Little & Wood promotions, prize offers, incentives and campaign-specific offers published by Little & Wood from time to time. Promotion terms apply in addition to Little & Wood's Wholesale Terms of Supply and, where relevant, Custom Product Terms. If there is a conflict between these Promotion Terms and the specific written terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms apply to that promotion only.

Promotion name: Win a Trip to New Zealand
Promotion period: May 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026
Promotion summary: Eligible Little & Wood wholesale customers may qualify for entry into the Win a Trip to New Zealand promotion by placing qualifying wholesale orders during the promotion period, subject to the rules below.
1. Relationship to Other Terms
These Promotion Terms apply together with Little & Wood's Wholesale Terms of Supply, Custom Product Terms where applicable, and any written promotion details published by Little & Wood. Standard wholesale terms continue to apply to all orders unless changed by specific written promotion terms.
2. Eligibility
Promotions are open only to eligible wholesale, retail or trade customers approved by Little & Wood, unless the promotion states otherwise.
Little & Wood may exclude customers where required by law, where the customer is not in good standing, where invoices are overdue, where the account has been suspended, or where participation would breach any applicable law or promotion rule.
Employees, contractors, agents and immediate family members of Little & Wood may be excluded from prize promotions unless the promotion states otherwise.
3. Promotion Period
Each promotion applies only during its stated promotion period. Orders placed before or after the promotion period do not qualify unless Little & Wood confirms otherwise in writing.
Little & Wood may correct obvious errors in promotion dates, descriptions or eligibility rules.
4. Qualifying Orders
Only accepted wholesale orders placed during the promotion period count toward a promotion, unless the promotion states otherwise.
The following may be excluded from qualification:
- Cancelled, returned, unpaid, fraudulent, test or internal orders
- Replacement orders, sample-only orders and display-only orders
- Shipping charges, taxes, duties and custom design deposits
- Other non-product charges
Little & Wood may decide whether an order qualifies, acting reasonably and in line with the published promotion rules.
5. Win a Trip to New Zealand Promotion
For the Win a Trip to New Zealand promotion, eligible customers may qualify for entry by placing qualifying Little & Wood wholesale orders during the promotion period from May 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026.
The final prize details, entry method, number of entries, draw date, winner selection process, travel inclusions, travel exclusions, spending money, taxes, travel documents, insurance and any restrictions will be stated in the specific promotion details published by Little & Wood.
Full prize details and draw mechanics will be confirmed in the specific promotion details before the promotion is completed.
6. Prize Conditions
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash unless Little & Wood agrees in writing or the law requires it.
The winner is responsible for all costs not expressly included in the prize description, including:
- Passports, visas and travel insurance
- Meals, personal spending and taxes
- Upgrades, changes and cancellations
- Additional guests and travel to or from departure points
This applies unless the promotion states otherwise.
Travel prizes are subject to availability, booking conditions, blackout dates, supplier terms, travel restrictions and any applicable government requirements.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
Winner selection will follow the method stated in the specific promotion details. This may be by random draw, sales milestone, judging criteria or another stated method.
Little & Wood will make reasonable efforts to notify the winner using the contact details held for the customer account. If a winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time, does not respond, is ineligible, declines the prize, or cannot comply with the promotion rules, Little & Wood may select another winner where permitted by law.
8. Publicity
By accepting a prize, the winner agrees that Little & Wood may use the winner's business name, store name, location, comments, images and promotion-related content for reasonable marketing and publicity, unless prohibited by law or agreed otherwise in writing.
9. Changes and Cancellation
Little & Wood may amend, suspend or cancel a promotion where necessary due to error, fraud, technical issues, supply issues, legal requirements, force majeure events or circumstances outside Little & Wood's reasonable control.
Little & Wood will not use this right unfairly, but must be able to protect the integrity and legality of the promotion.
10. Taxes and Compliance
Customers and winners are responsible for any tax consequences, reporting requirements or compliance obligations arising from participation in a promotion or acceptance of a prize, unless the law requires otherwise.
Promotions are void where prohibited or restricted by law.
11. No Manipulation
Little & Wood may disqualify any customer or entry that appears to involve fraud, manipulation, abuse, split ordering to gain unfair advantage, false information, breach of terms, or conduct that damages the promotion or the Little & Wood brand.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Little & Wood is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses arising from:
- Participation in a promotion or inability to participate
- Prize acceptance or prize use
- Travel disruption, supplier failure, delay or cancellation
- Events outside Little & Wood's reasonable control
13. Specific Promotion Terms Control
If Little & Wood publishes specific written terms for a promotion, those specific terms apply to that promotion. If there is a conflict between these general Promotion Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms apply.
14. Changes to These Terms
Little & Wood may update these Promotion Terms from time to time. The terms published during the relevant promotion period apply unless Little & Wood confirms otherwise in writing.
